2. Description of Service

Kinterview is an AI-powered interview practice platform that provides:

• Real-time AI interview simulation
• Speech-to-text transcription
• AI-generated feedback and coaching
• Interview history and performance tracking

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Verify your email address

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a free trial of 10 minutes of interview practice time. The free trial is limited to one per user/email address.

4.2 Paid Credits

• Credits are sold in packages of 90 minutes for $9.99 USD
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, refunds are generally not provided once credits have been purchased. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the system
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service

The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Kinterview LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your resumes, responses, and other content you provide. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI-powered features provide simulated interview experiences and feedback. Please note:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• Feedback is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee interview success
• The AI does not represent any real company or interviewer
• You should use your own judgment when applying AI feedback

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
